2. Intellectual Property

Service Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the delivered visual assets for their business purposes. PENPAPERTHING retains the moral rights and the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
3. Service Engagement
All services are subject to a separate service agreement/contract signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict, the signed contract shall prevail.
4. Limitation of Liability
PENPAPERTHING provides visual strategy and consulting services. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
